ST. LOUIS -- A Macon man could be facing up to 10 years in federal prison when he is sentenced next month. 

Billie Spaid, 35, has entered a guilty plea to one count of possession of child pornography in federal court in St. Louis. 

In the guilty plea, Spaid admitted he possessed material than contained images of minors under the age of 17. 

Spaid is scheduled to be sentenced September 28th in St. Louis federal court. 

Spaid's wife, Cristina is currently awaiting trial in state court on three felony charges, including two sex related charges. Her trial is set for October 18, 2012.
