Dustin Kirkwood, faces felony sex charges
UNIONVILLE, MISSOURI -- Three incidents that allegedly occurred last month involving a victim under the age of 14, lands a northeast Missouri man behind bars.
Dustin Kirkwood, 26, of Unionville, is charged with three counts of first degree statutory rape and one count of first degree statutory sodomy.
According to court papers, Kirkwood is accused of having sex with the victim on three separate occasions, two of the alleged incidents occurred at Kirkwood’s residence.
Dustin Kirkwood is being held in the Putnam County Jail on $150,000 bond.
His first court date has not been set.
