MACON COUNTY, MO. -- Tracy Tollous, 33 of Cairo, and Ben Gorham, 17 of Cairo were arrested for felony stealling.
The two reportedly stole batteries from farm equipment off St. Hwy 3.
On June 22, deputies responded to the 3500 block of St. Hwy 3, in Callao to report a theft. Police found that batteries had been taken from five different pieces of farm equipment. The theft totaled more than $880. Police collected other evidence from the scene. After further investigation, Tollous and Gorham were arrested on Tuesday.
Both men were taken to Macon County Jail and posted the $10,000 bond.
