OTTUMWA, IOWA -- The Quincy Place Mall in Ottumwa, Iowa is now under new ownership. The property was owned previously by DDR Corp., but was recently purchased by Quincy Place Holdings, LLC, a New York based company.

The Quincy Place Mall will be managed by Lexington Realty International (LRI), a central New Jersey based real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail leasing and lease preparation/negotiating and management, according to the Quincy Place Mall press release.

LRI currently manages several shopping malls throughout the Midwest, including Westgate Mall in Brainerd, MN, Viking Plaza Shopping center in Alexandria, MN, and Watertown Mall in Watertown, SD. Within just a few months under the new management, Westgate Mall went from 67% occupancy to 97% occupancy, adding a Big Lots, Dunham’s Sports, Rue 21, and a coffee shop to their retail mix.
