KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- Saturday was opening day for the Farmer's Market in Kirksville.
About 20 vendors were on hand, selling goods ranging from plants, to homemade pies, to beef.
The Farmer's Markets is located on Elson Street, between the movie theatre and the Adair County Courthouse. It will be open every Saturday this summer, and fall until Oct. 27. It opens at 7 a.m. and ends at noon. Vendors have to pay $5 to reserve a parking spot to sell their goods.
