MORAVIA, IOWA --
The campaign season is starting to heat up in the Heartland.
And that includes, probably the most watched Primary Race, the Republican 2nd Congressional District Race between Dan Dolan and John Archer.
And now the two men will be taking the fight to Moravia.
The Appanoose County Republican Party announced on Wednesday that the two candidates will debate each other on May 18.
The Debate will be held at the Nazarene Church in Moravia, Iowa and will start at 6:15 P.M.

The Appanoose County Republican Central Committee (with surrounding county GOP assistance) is pleased to host a debate of two distinguished gentlemen running for Iowa’s Second Congressional District.
Republican Candidates Dan Dolan and John Archer will be debating several issues including (but not limited to):
Social Issues
Agriculture
Economy
The Debate will be held at the Nazarene Church in Moravia, Iowa and will start at 6:15 P.M. on Friday, May 18th.
This Debate is open to the public and all citizens concerned about the future of this country are encouraged to attend. There will be a free will offering at the door to help cover the costs of this important event.
Albia, Iowa’s KIIC 96.7 FM radio will cover the debate live and other news agencies are welcome to attend as well.
