JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI -- The Missouri Supreme Court decided late Wednesday, that Kirksville attorney Seth Shumaker will not be getting his law license back.

Shumaker’s license was originally suspended for six months, back in February of last year, after the high court found that Shumaker had violated “certain rules of professional conduct”.

Shumaker filed for reinstatement of his license; however, the court decided Wednesday that Shumaker will not be getting his license back at this time.

Shumaker can apply for reinstatement once again, however he won't be reinstated until he convinces the court that such reinstatement is appropriate under the circumstances.
