KIRKSVILLE, MISSOURI -- Two members of the same family are now being housed at the Adair County Jail. 

Two weeks ago, Sheila Risher, 49, of Kirksville was arrested and charged with felony stealing, after being accused of switching UPC codes off of lower-priced items and placing them on more expensive items. 

Now, Risher's 18-year-old niece, Jessica Risher, has been arrested, accused of doing the same thing. 

She is also charged with felony stealing. 

Investigators say Jessica Risher’s alleged crimes happened between November of last year and January of this year. 

Both Rishers are being held in the Adair County Jail on $25,000 cash only bond each.
