Stolen window frames a ‘pane’ in the neck

ADAIR COUNTY, MO. -- A Heartland man is under arrest and accused of stealing 145 aluminum window frames from a property on Banner Way in Brashear.

According to the Adair County Sheriff's Office, Darell Perry, 24, of Brashear, Mo. is charged with one count of felony theft/stealing.

On January 29, the owner of the stolen frames noticed a truck with a large number of window frames inside it sitting in front of a residence in Brashear.

An investigation showed the frames were in fact the ones stolen from the property on Banner Way.

Court documents state that the frames have an approximate value of $43,500.

Perry remains in the Adair County Jail on $50,000 cash only bond.
