Oskaloosa man in the Wapello County Jail on sexual abuse charges

OTTUMWA, IOWA -- An Oskaloosa man is behind bars Sunday night after being charged with sexual abuse.

According to the Wapello County Sheriff's Office, Joseph Smith, 20, has been charged with two counts of sexual abuse in the third degree, a class C felony. He remains in the Wapello County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
