Drug charges land man back behind bars

KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A Kirksville man, already on probation for a misdemeanor assault charge, is now facing felony drug charges.

Caleb Warwick, 30, is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
    
According to court papers, during an investigation into stolen medication, Kirksville police contacted Warwick at his residence.
    
While searching Warwick, officers discovered a black container with a white powdery substance that tested positive for cocaine. 
   
After arriving at the Adair County Detention Center, a urine sample provided by Warwick tested positive for T-H-C, cocaine and amphetamines. 
   
He is being held in the Adair County jail on $25,000 cash only bond.
