KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- A former Kirksville man is indicted on charges of child pornography.
According to the United States Attorney's Office, Alexander Ferguson, 20, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on one felony count of possession of child pornography. Court records allege he possessed the child pornography between March 17 and April 19 of 2011.
Ferguson is expected to appear in federal court the week of Jan. 16.
The case was investigated by the FBI Office in Kirksville and the Kirksville Police Department.
