MACON, MO. -- For Wednesday's Facebook Story of the Day, many of wanted to know the status of the federal case against Billie Spaid.
Spaid, of Macon, Mo. is facing federal sex charges. He is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography.
Spaid was scheduled to go on trial during the week of Jan. 9. That changed when he was granted a continuance in the case the week before.
According to federal court documents obtained by KTVO, Spaid's attorney asked for the continuance because they are seeking to work out a plea agreement with federal prosecutors. The continuance was granted and his case was continued until February 22.
