Anonymous tip helps police arrest two Fugitives of the Week

KIRKSVILLE, MO -- The Kirksville Police Department has arrested two "Fugitives of the Week," - Amber Armstrong and Teddy Maggart. 

Police said both were arrested and taken to the Adair County Jail around 6:20 p.m. Wednesday, after receiving an anonymous tip.

According to the Adair County Sheriff's Office, Armstrong has been charged with distribution, delivery, and manufactore of a controlled substance, a class B felony. She remains in the Adair County Jail on a $50, 000 cash only bond. 

The Sheriff's Office said that Maggart has been charged with three felony charges including distributing a controlled substance near a school, a class A felony, plus two counts of distribution, delivery, manufactore of a controlled substance, a class B felony. He remains in custody on a $100, 000 cash only bond.
