KIRKSVILLE, MISSOURI -- KTVO learned late Tuesday afternoon, that the victim in the hit and run was treated and released at Northeast Regional Medical Center following the incident.

On November 21, 2011 at approximately 9:00 pm officers took a report of a hit and run accident. The victim was a 16 year old female who was walking near Elson and Potter.
The only vehicle description at this time is a black and gray car.
