CEDAR FALLS, IOWA -- Authorities have released the name of a woman found dead in her apartment on the University of Northern Iowa campus.

Campus police told a local television station that the body of 52-year-old Paula Webster, of San Antonio, Texas, was found Friday afternoon after her family asked officers to check on her.

Webster hadn't been heard from in several weeks.

Director of Public Safety Dave Zarifis says it appeared Webster had been dead for some time.

Zarifis also says Webster had some previous medical problems and her death doesn't appear to be suspicious or the result of foul play.

An autopsy has been ordered.

Webster was a junior at the University of Northern Iowa.
