Ben Dawson, the 83-year-old Centerville City Council candidate charged with prostitution, is facing more sex charges.
Centerville Police Chief Tom Demry tells KTVO that Dawson was arrested on Monday and charged with Assault with the Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse, and Harassment.
Both charges are misdemeanors.
Law enforcement says after Dawson was arrested last week, two more victims came forward to make allegations.
Police say that on Nov. 3, a female alleged that in June of 2011 Dawson had rubbed her leg, grabbed her breast and offered to perform oral sex on her. She said the acts caused her to be "uncomfortable and fearful."
On Nov. 4, a female accused Dawson of making inappropriate sexual remarks.
Dawson was released after posting $2,000 bond.
Police are asking any other potential victims to come forward and contact them at 641-437-7100.
Dawson's arrest last week on prostitution charges quickly became a national story, picked up by media across the country.
Dawson gave an interview to KTVO on Thursday, in which he proclaimed his innocence and predicted he would win a seat on the Centerville City Council on November 8.
