Meth arrest

OTTUMWA, IOWA -- An Ottumwa man is in the Wapello County jail Sunday evening for the manufacture of meth.

According to the Wapello County Sheriff's Office, Casey Arter, 21, of Ottumwa, was arrested around 1:08 a.m. Sunday morning on the 500 block of Church Street. He has been charged with "Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine"  (more than five grams), a class C felony.

 He is being held on a $65,000 bond.
