Fight outside bar leads to second arrest

KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- Police have arrested a second man after an altercation in downtown Kirksville.

A Louisiana man faces two misdemeanor charges after the fight early Thursday morning outside a local bar.

Authorities say Tyler Dauzart, 21, of Deville, Louisiana, assaulted three other men.

The suspect is charged with 3rd-degree assault and 1st offense peace disturbance.

According to court documents, Dauzart punched Timothy Sizemore, Dustin Sizemore and John Wallace in the head and face areas during the fight.

Bond for Dauzart is set at $1,000 cash only.

One of the assault victims, Dustin Sizemore, 28, of Brashear is charged with a felony count of assault on a law enforcement officer and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.
