Drug charges for Kirksville man

KIRKSVILLE, MISSOURI -- A Kirksville teen is in the Adair County Jail Saturday evening after being charged with possession of a controled substance.

According to the Adair County Sheriff's office, Logan Topham, 18, turned himself in on Friday and was put on a 24-hour hold. On Saturday, he was officially charged and his cash bond was set at $25,000.
