Stevens was arrested on September 14 for her part in an attempt to extort $5,000 from an Ottumwa man.

According to court records, Stevens and an accomplice, Martin Majin, 25, of Ottumwa told the victim they had evidence of infidelity and would tell his wife if he did not pay the money.

Her arrest on Sunday stems from a violation of her parole on a forgery conviction from May of this year.

Stevens had received five years suspended on the forgery charge.

She has been released on bond.
