COUNTRY OF MEXICO -- Three bank robbery suspects from northeast Missouri were captured this week after nearly two months on the run.

The trio was captured in Mexico Monday by Mexican authorities.

The suspects are Jeffrey Heckman, 25, and Jacob Norris, 23, both of Macon and Alexia Baker, 23, of Shelbyville.

An FBI spokewoman told KTVO the three were transported to Houston, Texas for their initial court appearance Wednesday in connection with a July bank robbery in Temple, Texas.

Investigators said before that hold-up, Heckman, Norris and Baker are suspected of robbing a bank in Columbia, Missouri.
