KIRKSVILLE, MISSOURI -- A northeast Missouri man is no longer facing criminal charges. Adair County prosecutor Matt Wilson tells KTVO the Felonious Restraint charge again Sean Bartlett, 38, of Kirksville, was dropped after the victim told authorities she no longer wished to pursue charges.
