Jason Wade Soots of Ottumwa
OTTUMWA, IOWA -- The U.S. Cellular Store located at 1145 North Quincy Avenue in Ottumwa was broken into just after 1 a.m. Thursday. Several phones and one Samsung tablet were taken during the break-in.
After investigation by the Ottumwa Police Department, an arrest warrant was issued for Jason Wade Soots of Ottumwa. Soots is charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree, a Class D felony.
Soots has been known to stay at 1607 Mowery Street, but his current address is unknown.
He is described as 22 years of age, 5’6”, 180 pounds, blue eyes and short brown hair.
Soots usually rides a mountain bike.
