Charges against Jacob Anderson were dropped by the Clark County Prosecutor.

A traffic stop Saturday night in Clark County lead to the arrest of three.
A Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper stopped a Ford pickup near the intersection of US Highway 136 and Route B for a traffic violation. Upon contact, the trooper discovered the pickup contained a methamphetamine laboratory and other drug-related items. The driver and two passengers were subsequently arrested.
Jacob A. Anderson, 21, of Keokuk, Iowa, was arrested for felony attempt to manufacture a controlled substance; felony possession of a controlled substance; felony possession of drug paraphernalia; misdemeanor possession of marijuana; misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia; and for a lane violation.
Morris I. Ricketts, 41, of Carthage, Illinois, was arrested for felony attempt to manufacture a controlled substance and felony possession of drug paraphernalia.
Zachary R. Boecker, 19, of Keokuk, Iowa, was arrested for felony attempt to manufacture a controlled substance; felony possession of a controlled substance; felony possession of drug paraphernalia; and two felony drug-related warrants from Lee County, Iowa.
All three subjects were incarcerated in the Clark County Jail with a bond set at $50,000 each.
Boecker has an additional bond of $11,500 for the two Iowa felony warrants.
The Highway Patrol was assisted by the Clark County Sheriff's Department.
