Is Iowa gas tax increase on horizon? Governor’s highway panel will discuss issue tonight in Des Moines

The price of gasoline is still over $3.40 per gallon in Des Moines, but members of an Iowa highway transportation finance panel will likely be urged tonight to support an increase in Iowa’s gasoline and diesel fuel taxes.
