Charges reduced in drive-by shooting

MACON, MO. -- Charges against three men in connection with a drive-by shooting have been reduced. 

The shooting occurred at a residence in the 300 block of Vine Street in Macon. 

Police responded to a report of eight to ten shots being fired at the Vine Street residence. a number of bullet holes were found at the location. 

Three men were arrested, Brandon Douglas, 31, was originally charged with first degree criminal assault, armed criminal action, endangering the welfare of a child and property damage. Manley Lampkin, 28, and Sean Christophel, 24, were each charged with accessory to first degree assault. 

Charges against all three men have been reduced to unlawful use of a weapon; bond on all three was reduced to ten thousand dollars with ten percent allowed. All three men have been released on bond.
