Ottumwa man facing felony meth charges

OTTUMWA, IOWA -- On Thursday, June 2, 2011, members of the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, United States Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Southeast Iowa Inter-Agency Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at the Christopher Cramblit residence located at 324 E. Manning, Ottumwa, IA.

As a result of the search, officers located substances that tested positive for methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana.  Officers also located scales and packaging materials and numerous items of drug paraphernalia. 

On Wednesday, August 3, 2011, officers arrested and charged Christopher Robert Cramblit, age 42, with Possession with the Intent to Deliver less than 5 Grams of Methamphetamine, a Class “C” Felony. 

At the time of his arrest, Cramblit was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. 

Cramblit is currently being held in the Wapello County Jail with a $50,000 bond
