MISSOURI-IOWA -- Average retail gasoline prices in Missouri have fallen 1.9 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.59 per gallon Sunday. This compares with the national average that has increased 2.0 cents per gallon in the last week to $3.69 per gallon, according to gasoline price website MissouriGasPrices.com.

Including the change in gas prices in Missouri during the past week, prices Sunday were $1.04 per gallon higher than the same day one year ago and are 20.1 cents per gallon higher than a month ago. The national average has increased 9.9 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 94.4 cents per gallon higher than this day one year ago.

Average retail gasoline prices in Iowa have risen 2.7 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $3.65 per gallon Sunday.

Including the change in gas prices in Iowa during the past week, prices Sunday were 98.4 cents per gallon higher than the same day one year ago and are 12.3 cents per gallon higher than a month ago.
