The second suspect in the July 16, 2011 home invasion of US Congressman Leonard Boswell has been arrested. Today, July 19, 2011, 20 year old David Palmer Dewberry of Fremont, Nebraska, was arrested in Independence, Missouri.
Dewberry is currently being held in Missouri on a Federal, Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant. Once returned to Iowa he will be charged with Burglary in the First Degree (Class B Felony), Assault While Participating in a Felony (Class C Felony), Going Armed with Intent (Class D Felony), and three counts of Robbery in the First Degree (Class B Felonies).

A Lamoni man is custody after being arrested for the home invasion at the residence of Congressman Leonard Boswell.
Cody Rollins, 19 was arrested without incident on Tuesday at his family's home in Lamoni.
He is currently being held in the Decatur County Jail facing charges of First Degree Burglary, Assault while participating in a Felony and three counts of Robbery in the First Degree.
He is being held on $50,000 bond.
Department of Public Safety Officials also revealed on Tuesday that they are looking for a second suspect.
Law enforcement has issued an arrest warrant for David Palmer Dewberry, 20 of Fremont Nebraska.
He is described as an 6'1" African American male, with brown eyes and brown hair. He weighs 155 pounds.
Dewberry should be considered armed and dangerous.

A press statement released by the Department of Public Safety did not specify what Dewberry's role might have been in the incident at the Boswell home.
