House targeted early Monday

MACON, MO. -- Three men are in custody after shots were fired into a Macon house.

The Macon Police Department responded at 12:45 a.m. Monday to a report of shots fired in the 300 block of Vine Street.  Police found a number of bullet holes on the front of the house and seized evidence from the scene.

Less than four hours later, police took a 28-year-old man into custody in the 200 block of North Rubey Street. He is being held on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges.

Two search warrants were executed at approximately 10:45 a.m. Monday in the 100 block of East Fourth Street.  During that search, two other men were arrested in the case.  They are also being held pending formal charges.
