KIRKSVILLE, MO -- The City of Kirksville reports it has closed one lane of both Cottage Grove Avenue and Normal Street to allow for the construction of new storm drainage and street surfacing in the intersection of these roads.
Traffic will be limited to one lane on both streets for approximately 2 weeks, with an expected reopening of all lanes on July 8th. Please use caution when driving in this area and be aware of workers and equipment.
