Woman suffered a stroke

URBANA, IOWA (AP) -- The husband of a woman who died while feeding cows on their farm near Urbana says she died of a massive stroke and was not attacked by a cow.

KCRG-TV in Cedar Rapids reports Thursday that Jim Fee says an autopsy shows his wife, 60-year-old Jean Fee, died of a stroke.

The Benton County Sheriff's Office says Jean Fee was found in a pasture on June 18 where she and her grandson had been feeding the cows. She died at a Cedar Rapids hospital.

Investigators first believed she was attacked by a cow protecting a calf. Jim Fee says that didn't happen. He says his wife had no marks on her from the cow, and an autopsy determined she died of a massive stroke.
