KIRKSVILLE -- The 2011 Kirksville Senior High School Baccalaureate service took place Sunday afternoon at the Kirksville Middle School Auditorium.
Students were encouraged to take their faith with them as they cross into the next stage of their life. Kirksville Interchurch Ministries sponsored the event by honoring the seniors of 2011 with songs, hymns and scripture.
Local religious leaders Matt Wilson and Father Chris Cordes were in attendance.
The benediction was given by Reverend Larry Gibson. Senior Tanea Kaschube compiled a senior slide show of the seniors from their days as freshman all the way to the great memories of being seniors.
The 2011 Kirksville High School graduation is set for Sunday, May 29 at Pershing Arena at 2:00
