Wastewater improvements are in store for Appanoose County.
APPANOOSE COUNTY, IOWA --
Congressman Dave Loebsack announced that the ADLM Facilities Management System was awarded a $565,000 grant and a $280,000 loan to improve wastewater facilities.

That's courtesy of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. ADLM will use the money to construct a central sewage collection for the north shore area of Lake Rathbun.

This improvement will put Appanoose County in compliance with state and county standards.
