OTTUMWA, IOWA -- Ottumwa Chamber Director Terry McNitt passed this link along to KTVO

The video is an 1950's Army Recruiting film. It shows downtown Ottumwa as a bustling hive of activity.

An interesting note, the Recruiter in the film works out of the Federal Building, now known as City Hall.
