BRASHEAR, MO. -- At least one Northeast Missouri school district will be in the market for a new superintendent.

Don Wilburn, superintendent of the Brashear Schools, will be moving to a larger district for the next school year.

Wilburn told KTVO he will be the new superintendent of the South Harrison school district near Bethany Missouri.

Wilburn has been superintendent at Brashear for the past three years. Wilburn called the change a great opportunity.

The
South Harrison school district has a student enrollment of around 950, while Brashear totals about 250 students.
