USA focuses on Ottumwa security cameras

OTTUMWA, IOWA -- The City of Ottumwa received a little national press this week.

USA TODAY published a story on the Ottumwa Police Department's plan to install security camera's in downtown Ottumwa.

The article, which you can read here, features interviews with Police Chief Jim Clark, Main Street Director CIndy Woodbury, and several downtown business owners.
