COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA -- KTVO's sister station in Columbia, South Carolina, is demanding an apology from S.C. Governor Nikki Haley after she publicly criticized the station on Facebook.

Haley wrote WACH, a Fox affiliate, "is a tabloid news station and has no concept of journalism."  The criticism came in response to a story posted on MidlandsConnect.com about a book from political advisor Will Folks, who says he had an affair with Haley prior to the 2010 election.

Haley has refuted the claim saying she has been completely faithful to her husband.

WACH FOX station management is now calling for a retraction of the Facebook post and a public apology from Gov. Haley.

KTVO and WACH are both owned by Barrington Broadcasting Group, LLC.
