KIRKSVILLE, MISSOURI -- Kirksville Police are attempting to locate Jose T. Herrera Caballero in reference to an arrest warrant from Adair County for assault on a law enforcement officer. Jose T. Herrera Caballero is a Hispanic male, 38 years old, 5’7” tall, 100 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Officers have attempted to contact Caballero at his last known residence in Adair County but have been unable to make contact with him.
Jose Caballero has no known ties to Kirksville but it is believed he may still be living and/or working in the area.
