Law enforcement has received unconfirmed information that fugitive Frank Salsberry is in possession of a firearm. Again, this information is unconfirmed but law enforcement believes Salsberry should be considered armed and dangerous. As with most other crime related incidents, police ask that citizens only be good witnesses and pass along their observations to law enforcement instead of attempting to place themselves in physical danger.

Kirksville Police are asking for your help in locating a fugitive. This week’s fugitive is Frank Salsberry, 21, of Novinger, Missouri.
He has arrest warrants for domestic assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated and other traffic offenses.
Salsberry was arrested by the Adair County Sheriff's Office on January 7th. He was then furloughed from custody on January 13th to attend treatment. He reportedly escaped from the treatment facility by jumping from a second story window and is again being sought by law enforcement.
