ADAIR COUNTY, MO -- Three Kirksville residents are in custody following a drug raid at a Kirksville trailer park.

Arrested were James Scott, 45, Heath Cary, 26 and Sharon Provance, 21.

The three are charged with manufacturing a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance and felony endangering the welfare of a child.

Adair County Sheriff Bob Hardwick tells KTVO his office had received a tip about drug activity at an address in the Woodland Village Trailer Court.

Deputies, along with Kirksville Police, heard a loud argument when they arrived at the address and could smell a strong chemical odor.

When officers entered the residence, they found meth and meth making ingredients. Officers also found two small children asleep at the residence.

The three people arrested are being held in the Adair County Jail, each under $100,000 cash only bond.
