Supervisors approve fee for canceled sheriff’s sales

The Moberly pastor and principal accused of kidnapping has been bound over for arraignment in Randolph County Circuit Court.

Baby in diaper out in frigid weather

KHQA was told in a news release that officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to the 1500 block of 29th St. Sunday afternoon in regard to a woman walking outside with an infant who was dressed only in a diaper.

Another town bans public smoking 

The St. Charles County Election Authority said last night that enough people signed a petition drive in O'Fallon to put a smoking ban proposal on the April 5th ballot.
