OTTUMWA, IOWA --  

A Wapello County man pleads guilty to felony drug charges.

Earlier this year, Scott Ellis,33, of Ottumwa was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, and failure to affix a drug stamp.
    
Following his guilty plea, Ellis was placed on probation for five years.
    
He's also ordered to pay 300 dollars to the Southest Iowa Inter-Agency Drug Task force and pay a civil penalty of $750 on each count.
