BROOKFIELD, MO. -- A search warrant was executed Thursday, December 2, 2010, at 413 Market Street in Brookfield, Mo.

Officers with the North Missouri Drug Task Force and the Brookfield Police Department located marijuana, cash and two syringes containing liquid methamphetamine as well as numerous items used in the use and sale of illegal drugs. Four individuals from that location were taken into custody and are awaiting formal charges by the Linn County Prosecuting Attorney.

The investigation also led Law Enforcement Officers to a residence located in the 200 block West Centre Street, Sumner, Mo. Officers with the North Missouri Drug Task Force and Chariton County Sheriff’s Department located a large amount of marijuana at this location as well as evidence of manufacturing marijuana and possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia. That individual was released pending formal charges by the Chariton County Prosecuting Attorney.
