ATLANTA (AP) — A veteran federal judge who was arrested after a stripper claimed he used cocaine with her is scheduled to plead guilty in Atlanta to some of the charges he faces.

Defense attorney Bill Morrison says Senior Judge Jack T. Camp plans to plead guilty Friday.

Morrison wouldn't disclose which of the charges the judge will plead guilty to, but said he reached a "mutually beneficial agreement" with prosecutors.

Prosecutors said in court papers filed Thursday that Camp could face up to two years in prison on one of the counts — aiding and abetting the stripper's possession of cocaine and other illegal drugs.

The 67-year-old judge was arrested in October after authorities say he tried to buy cocaine and narcotics to use with the stripper, who was an informant.
