75 Iowa Guard troops heading to Iraq

Seventy-five soldiers from the Iowa Army National Guard are being mobilized for duty in Iraq as part of "Operation New Dawn," which reflects the new U.S. military mission in support of the evolving Iraqi government.

Local Man Arrested for Molestation

At 12:51 a.m. Thursday, 20-year-old Travis B. Sturguess of Marceline was arrested at 914 Mead Street in Brookfield and charged with two counts of Child Molestation in the 2nd Degree.
