KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- The wife of a Kirksville school board member is charged following an incident at the high school football game Friday night.

Jeanne Brawner, 48, of Kirksville, is charged with a class "B" misdemeanor of peace disturbance.

According to court documents, numerous juveniles who were at the game told officers they witnessed Brawner being loud and cussing at the game.

Brawner had allegedly admitted to the juveniles that she had been drinking prior to arriving.

Brawner is also alleged to have threatened two Kirksville high school coaches.

Three adults told police she had asked them about getting a gun.

Brawner is scheduled to be arraigned in Adair County Associate Circuit Court on November 24.
