KIRKSVILLE, MO --

With Election Day fast approaching, many government officials are endorsing party candidates and speaking out on the issues.

Some conservative candidates are hoping to overturn health care reform.

Missouri Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder is among those fighting against the health care law.

“This is the whole ball game for whether we still live under limited constitutional government or whether we all just become serfs to a federal master and I think it's worth a fight and I think Missourians think it's worth a fight, that's what Missourians were saying with out overwhelming vote at the august primary in favor of Proposition C, the Healthcare Freedom of Choice Act,” said Kinder.

Kinder has filed a constitutional challenge against health care reform and hopes to take the lawsuit all the way to the Supreme Court.

He is hoping to get an answer from the government in the near future.
