OTTUMWA, IOWA -- A Missouri woman who drove to Ottumwa and allegedly pulled a gun on a man is freed from jail after posting bond.

Ottumwa police said they caught Breana Greathouse, 25, of Kansas City, Missouri, with the weapon in her hand.

Authorities said she threatened to shoot Forrest Jamison of Ottumwa on the morning of September 29.

Greathouse was arrested and charged with going armed with intent, carrying weapons and first-degree harassment.

Police claim Greathouse traveled from Kansas City early last Wednesday with the intention of killing Jamison because she believed that he made derogatory postings about her on the internet.

On October 6, KTVO learned that Greathouse has been released from the Wapello County Jail after posting bond.

The victim has a no contact order against Greathouse.
